This 8" x 11" picture is a bit too big for a card so I framed it instead. It is a combination of watercolor painting and embroidery. I lightly traced the lighthouse onto the watercolor paper and painted the seascape before embroidering the lighthouse. The lighthouse pattern is loosly based on the Assateague lighthouse.
