If there is more than one layer. Upper layers will be darker (lightest on bottom, darkest on top).

Instructions
Fold in half diagonally.
Fold in half, then unfold.
Fold bottom edges up, creasing from the bottom center to about 1/3 of the way up the side.
Now you have a tulip.
To finish the flower, make leaves by folding two squares of green paper in half diagonally. Cut a stem from green paper or draw one with a green pen.
